Our annual trip to the city was delayed by a couple of weeks but we made it. A quick easy drive in and park on 44th between 6th & 7th Avenue. We strolled about the city admiring the window displays and all the finery that comes with the Holidays. The latest change is the security detail on the block in front of Trump Tower. We paid a little visit nonetheless to check the facilities.
The presence of homeless folks was greater than any year previous. It presents an image that one can not ignore particularly in the face of such opulence. I offer these views to my friends around the world as we celebrate another trip around the sun into the Holidays.
