John Waite Highlights
John Waite dropped into the Greenwich Odeum https://www.greenwichodeum.com on November 11, 2021, Veteran's Day. His opener was Frank Viele from New Haven, CT and he has been on this full tour with Waite. His songs served well to engage the audience and ready them for John Waite.
Waite opened as a duo with Frank Riccairdi filling harmonies and guitar leads while John played rhythm. Waite's voice was prime with his opening song not sparing him on the high notes or the power of delivery. He did not disappoint. The duo played several songs before the bass player and drummer assimilated into a song half way through and broadened the depth of the sound beautifully. Kudos to the sound crew for a perfect mix!
Waite played all of his hits and a couple of covers (including Zeppelin) which really excited the sell out crowd.
The Odeum has been doing a great job at reentering the entertainment industry safely - Shots and Masks required. I highly recommend checking out the Odeum as their calendar is filling up with brilliant acts. Cheers!
